Hi, I am planning to buy a flat in Krishna Apra Garden Indirapuarm society in resale. I liked the location of the society which is just in front of the Shipra Mall. Society is very decent and with lots of greenery and free space inside. Inputs on this will help me in taking a decission.

You are right, the loading is too high. As per my observation

The society is undoubtedly beautiful, lots of greenery and situated at a veryu strategic location. Tower B1 and B2 are good, Dont go for B3 and B4 which are facing SPS as there is no sunlight. You can also opt for Ground Floor as they have huge space which can be later covered or utilised as your personal garden (Around 400 Sq Ft). The rates of Ground floor should be around 55-58 lacs depending on the location. (For a 1415 Area 3 BR)

As you mentioned the rates for ground floors, can u mention the ongoing rates for upper floors please?

In my opinion and as per my observations, Krishna Apra would be one of the best society in Indirapuram bcoz of the following reasons:

1. Best location.
2. 3 side open plot.
3. Well constructed (Quality of construction is good).
4. No congestion.
5. 79% open space.
6. Designed by Hafeez contractor.
7. Flats are well ventilated and lighting is good during day time.
8. Great lobby and well maintained garden.
9. Well maintained club and swimming pool.
10. Mega mart within the society exclusively for flat owners.
11. Safal vegetable shop exclusively for flat owners.
12. 3 tier security system.
13. Great floor plan : Location of Kitchen, toilets, bed rooms are as per Vastu norms and good for maintaining privacy.
14. Good balconies.
