So calculate actual carpet area of all builder and compare it if possible before booking. Still I can say if builder are able to give possession on time then buyer is winner else only pain..... as many are facing in KDP/AJNARA/Satya....... Its request for all old buyer kindly provide actual carpet area they are getting. Hi Naveen,
You are correct. I should have approached the builder directly, but anyways now have booked it through the broker. Also, could anyone help me on the following query: I have booked 3BHK (1210 sq ft). But I like the floor plan for 3BHK (1525 sq ft). However, the later's floor plan is not approved through GDA yet and hence I was adviced that I can book the former and once the approval is recieved for the later one, the BBA and other docs would be updated with no additional charges. However, I today got a call from the broker saying that i have to pay 40K for this switch of property if the BBA is made for the earlier booked property. Can anyone please let me know if this is correct that one has to pay such an amount for change of property if a BBA is already in place. It was a verbal commitment from broker and I have nothing in written about this. Kindly advice. Thanks, |

Any way its my advice don't go on there word, you will not get anything and sure you have to pay charge if any. Either asked them in written or if possible record in or any whr to argu in future. Hi Sudesh,
Apologies for the typo. I meant 3BHK (1510 Sq ft) and not 1210. You are correct that it should be all written documentation. Hence, I would be visiting KWS probably coming weekend else the next one. I want the BBA to be done as going forward there might be some other issues if proper docs are not maintained. My property is in 'K' block. Thanks, |

Hi All.. I am looking to buy flat for my own living in KW srishti. I am getting offer of BSP= 1920 in DP. and AI = 2500 in D.P for 2+Study in 1240 sq ft.
how good is this deal are these appropriate prices quoted by marketing offc. Pls help.. |

Which floor? I think it is for 8+ floor. If yes its ok. And if you can bargain, try for Rs.50-100 more, it will be a good buy. They are increasing rate by 1st june too. What's possession date??

I've been told by the agent that as far as the kitchen is concerned, only granite slab, RO system and aluminium sink will be provided. You may cross check the same with the builder and get it confirmed in written or atleast on mail. Also, could anyone please tell me the flat area which we have been discussing, is it carpet area , builtup area , or super built up area? Thanks, |

KW is one of the best projects I am sure will deliver timely with quality.
KW has so far only few issues: 1. Flat layout is bit more friendly for the people who love huge balconies (room sizes seems bit smaller especially in 2BHK types) 2. The actual size and size of the rooms and balcony varies by .4inch or more. so please measure it before buying. 3. 24 meter road struck in the stay order towrds APC side, and towrds Nh58 again a road block. Rest all KW seems nice society. |
