Parshavnath Low Rise - MohanNagar
Daer Members,
Does anybody have any idea about the rates of the low rise society developed (by Parshavnath) around 8-9 years back in MohanNagar.. Its just behind the MohanNagar Bus stand, also has a inside entry to Parshavnath mall... I was intereted in buying a flat here.. want to discuss the pros/cons and the right prices for these flats. |

quite bad reviews as to wat I have heard. there are frequent thefts...security is a big issue. RWA is not tht well managed and so is the maintenance. quite few people shifted to tohr socities...like some I know have moved to Gulmohar Greens. The entry exit is also a bit issue. Lot of issues
