Hi all,
I am interested in buying a 4 bhk at pearl court in Ramprastha.
I have seen the campus, its beautiful with metro at 500 meters. In my view its a calm and peace society.

Members, I would like to know your views. Plz Guide

Average price in RP now is approx. rs 3100-3300 per sq feet.

We can get to know each other and raise our concerns to the builder as a group. The latest info i have about possession is May 2011. Current rate in society is Rs. 3200 per sq. ft.
