Registration norms for multistory apartments - Indian Real Estate Forum

Dear members,

I need an input & information on the current registration rates, base and effect of the floor on the same....... ie does the floor no. have any impact on the registration fees with respect to the circle rate / transaction rate in cas eof a multistory apartment.

I guess height of the floor should not have any effect. Rate in ghaziabad is 7% right ?
