I need help from Delhi/NCR/Noida/Ghaziabad/Gurgaon members.

Guys I hope you are aware of Tronica City township, Ghaziabad which is 22 km from connaught place. Here plots are variable in sizes of 100-500 sq. yards.

I was looking for investment option in the budget of 60-80 lacs in NCR. I found that plots in tronica city are very cheap in the range of Rs. 14000-20000 per sq yards. I went to this place and area looks promising for future to live in after 5-7 years when population grows. Issue is that the surrounding areas are quite low profile but I have no issue within the township.

A dealer has quoted me 80 lacs for a 500 sq yard plot, 37 lac for 250 sq yard, 55 lac for 400 sq yards. Are the prices OK?

What are your views on Tronica City? Whatever the case mronicay be but I will get a same 500 sq yard plot in sector 37 gurgaon for more than 6 crores which I can't afford in anyway. I know it is like day and night when I compare Delhi/Gurgaon with Tronica City.

Guys please pour in your views, will be much appreciated.

Nobody even talks about this region ..
The surrondings are very low profile ..
jj colony like enviroment in the surronding ..
Better to look at some pother investment option or go for laldora free hold residential plots in delhi itself ..

We will have to take the help of this genetleman in getting any Tronica City plot at max 8 - 9000 per Sq. Mtr. Yesterday I visited Tronica City and spoke to some dealers, who informed that I can purchase a large plot i.e. 300 Mtrs. and above at about 18000 to 22000 per Sq. Mtrs and small plots below 300 meters are only available at 20000 to 25000 per Sq. Mtrs. Wel-managed / guarded societies are fetching even better.

Please take the contact No. of this gentleman and purchase at maxxxxxxxx 8 - 9000 per Sq. Mtr.

its good give it a try. I am residing at Ansal and practise at Delhi. Good atmosphere and a very good school- Salwan Public School, good park sprawling in acres.

its neither 8-9k nor 20-25k, its somewhere 16-17k only. May be smaller plots say 150 yds may cost around 25-27lakhs. I am residing at Ansal, Tronica and practise at Delhi Courts.

I am looking at investing in Tronica City. Now, is there a prospect for this city? And what about the surrounding areas? Since you are handling the legal issues for this area, kindly throw some light on current activities going on and the Govt's view on this area.

Some flats are also being constructed in Tronica city. Any idea of rates in those flats?
