A 2/3 BHK or independent floor would do . Any other options on type of reasonable accommodation available ?

Could somebody knowledgeable on that area , provide me the details. I also require info. on whether the project is available on original booking or resale , probable price & info. on some decent brokers.

I am looking at it for self use & use by my parents ( basically as a vacation home to spend a few months in a year in Goa ).

Hi,
Actually this property has a beautiful view and is very near the airport...
It is not Located on any beach as such but u can drive down to south Goa's top beaches in minutes... only few words of advice;
1. Please don't get fooled by thinking it is cheaper, in fact it is one of the Highest priced in the area even factoring in the amenities. Don't believe then do ur maths they charge almost 3500-4000 per sq ft which is high for Sancole area, then there is the PLC(premium location charges) which can be almost 60% additional for good locations, additionally there are car parkings, club membership etc to pay for
2. There is Litigation on the property but this should get cleared up by the end of this month itself.
3. View is ok but sorry to say buy only if u plan to use it as your own holiday home as otherwise u shall lack rental inquiries as it is off the tourist circuit and local renters also might not be interested.

Hope u go in with ur eyes open,

Regards,

Amit

Default Advice on buying

Hi Manoj,

There are many developers in Goa currently who are building apartments in North Goa some of the below listed Developments might be a safe bet;

1. Heritage Exotica - Arpora, Phase one is complete but only some apartments are left.

2. Riveria Foothills - Arpora, it is complete and as per my knowlege only few apartments is available.

3. Blue Lagoon - Siolim, this is a completed project and some apartments should be available.

Also a is coming up in Wadi-Siolim by the Developers Goel Ganga which shall have 30 apartments(1/2/3 BHK) & 5 villas with a amazing view but these are only just commencing. do let me know if u found my input useful.

Regards,

Amit
