Goa seems to have become the No. 1 tourist destination in India. There seems to be so much real estate development with hundreds of villas and flats coming up.
Is Goa also going to become chaotic like other Indian Cities? Maybe lose its charms in a few years? I recently heard that the local government has imposed some rules on foreigners for buying property in Goa. Is that true? |
