Ocean Park Residency - Dona Paula
Has anypne booked a flat at the Ocean Park Residency in Dona Paula? I am planning to book a 2 BHK there. Any feedback about the builder (Mathias Constructions) ? Is it a good investment ? What rent can I expect ?

Hi Hasmukh.
Though I do not know much about the specifications/amenities of ocean park residency in Goa but my brother has invested in holiday home "Sol sienda" located in north goa. His feedback is quite positive about the facilities, location and architecture of Sol sienda apartment. Builders are Vianar constructions. |
