The location of Zeta sector is Not good...If you want to buy ...buy anywhere near Pari chowk area...or around Golf course
Greater noida is flourishing around that area...

Max to Max go to Builder area opposite Wipro

Zeta will take 10 years to be liveable...

The going rate in such sectors should not be more than 2200 psf...Uppal chadha plumeria..ready appts..are going at 2300-2400psf

So if at all you want to buy here....75 Lakhs is Limit

You can get a 4 Bedroom appt (approx. 2200 sq.feet) in NRI City for 75 Lakhs, and that the most prime area of city and fully liveable
