Ajnara New Launch - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi guys
I just got a message from a broker about Ajnara London Square which is set to be launched right next to the F1 track on the Y-expressway. 100 villas with a min size of 120 sq yards. BSP of 2990 psf. Booking amt 5/7/10 lakhs.
I have no idea about greater noida as in what the opportunities are,what the future looks like and what the current appreciation is. How good is this price?

I just recived a mail regarding Ajnara Panorama F1 Site project for Villas,
They have site Ajnara Panorama F1,Ajnara Panorama Yamuna Expressway Noida but seem no info there except phone numbers.
On call they have given me rate of around 3050 psf plus additinal charges of 250 psf. total Villas were 200, with min size Villa built on 90 sqyd plot with built up aread of 1850 sqft.

Location is on Yamunna E way just opposite to formula One track as said by dealer. Not any other info we have right now.
