Alpha commercial belt?
Hi guys, I am looking to buy a under 1000 sq ft shop on ground floor in alpha commercial belt. I would like to know what is the ongoing rate in the belt for ground floor shops?

Commercial space RTM in Alpha Commercial belt ( with registry of shop) for 1000 sq ft Should be between 16000 to 22000
This shop is average front facing without being a corner or near a staircase are just a general 1000 sq ft front facing If you look for residential facing the the shops should be cheaper ( cant ball park cause haven't sold back facing shops yet ) cheers |
