I am interested i this project and planing to book a flat in this project. I think Amarapali is experienced with the passede of time and there is hardly any builder which has no issues. It might take more time to complete but looking for the long time once the complete Amarapali place is build up, it will be a great place to live. It is compaired cheap to the outher non-experienced builders, I am in with Amarapali Verona Heights.
Experts.. comments please..

can anyone pls confirm, as per claus-29, Resale can not be done till 80% of the payment is done to the builder? and resale can be done after some charger paid to the builder?
Which is correct and how much...?
Is there any penaulty clause if there is delay in possession from Builder?

yes i confirmed from amrapali .. resale opens only at 80% payment !

This project seems to be good in terms of location and pricing however things which are compelling me to think again and again are AMRAPALI's construction quality, it's gonna be a 34 story builder and transfers after 80% payment.

I got to know it's location is quite good and I would visit the location on this weekend.

We would see few issues in every project however the construction quality issues which were highlighted by Trialsurvey in one of AMRAPALI'S project is disgusting and very scary as well.

I am confused what to do? should I go with this or not? one point of view says that every builder learns from it's mistakes and AMRAPALI would not compromise with the construction quality this time however another point of view says that just for the sake of more and more profit every real estate giant can ignore this kind of serious concern.

My mind says to invest in it however heart says not to and I'll probably listen to my heart......:P

just for info .. even in mumbai very few towers in projects are around 35 floors .. and these amrapali guys are going to build 8-10 towers all of G+34 !

it is a bit tough to digest to be honest that they would be able to construct so many towers of 34 floors

AMRAPALI GROUP SUCKS this is what i have to say AS A PROUD RESIDENT OF AMRAPALI RESIDENT even if you buy the flat frm this grp have you have thought how will you live in tht flat coz the maintenance of AMRAPALI GROUP SUCKS ... i was very happy after buying a huge flat in amrapali royal but few days after my shifting to this place i cam to knw about the attitude of maintanence department...ALL THE AMRAPALI ROYAL FLATS HAVE WATER LEAKGE PROBLEM THR MAINTENANCE DEPT STAFF IS BUNCH OF FOOLS WHO WERE PICKED UP FROM ROAD.. NO BODY HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF THR RESPECTIVE STREAM... YOU ASK FOR CARPENTER THEN A BOY OF SOME 10-12 YR WILL APPEAR... PLUMBERS GUYS ARE THEMSELVES CONFUSED THY CANT SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM IN ONE GO...ALL THE OTHER DEPTS ARE LIKE THIS ... I ONLY NEVER FACED PROBLEM WITH ELECTRIC DEPT BUT AGAIN WHEN THE Electricity goes in indirapuram then our society is the last one whose generator will start and u have to wait for 3-5 mins for light... aaj kal broker isi project ke liye dimaag kharab karte hain mera call kar kar ke .. looks like its not selling very well ..
