No...Plot size may be in between 120sqm, 162, 220, 300sqm.. so price will be in between 21-50 lakh... average size plot is 250sqm so authority may get 422 crores from allotments, 67 crores from lease rental and stamp duty... so total 500 crores...for 1000 plots... If plot size is more than 300-400sqm than double the amount.

Hmmmmm. But lease rental and stamp duty is generally paid at the time of registration and at the moment only allotment will happen...

Lets wait for the scheme to come out..
