sorry for late reply. Nirala Estate was offering me 23.3 lacs all incl on 3rd floor....but that was before the land issue was solved.
Chk with them now on the current rates....

Yo u should also have a look at Sector Chi V..try and have a look at Shubhkamna Livia it should come within your budget

I have heard about it but i want to know the possesion and project detail.Whether it is bankable.location and how to go there by any public vehicle.I am having these projects in mind.

I would prefer these things.
possesion time,builder reputation,budget (25L+-3L),location.Tell me which project you will prefer.If you have any other in mind tell me.please tell me which factors are better in which project.Please tell me experts.

Hi,

I hv just booked a 2 bhk in design arch. To me this project is going to be a big aaset in next 3-4 yrs time frame considering the price they have offered me.

Hi Saurabh,

As I can see from the thread that the Surajpur Site C is not completely developed and would be liveable in next 3-4 years only ....
You did the deal in DP.....
Did you check with La Galaxia? I am planning to buy there. Any issue?
