One of my friend is insisting upon me to go for designarch ehomes at greater noida. Has anyone booked in, what is the feed back of the forum?

ROI is not good. But negotiate very well with them before materialising deal with them.

I would also like to know more about this project as I am also thinking of booking a flat of 900sq ft at 2240 on CLP(after negotiating).

So Lalit this price that u have arrived at with the builder is including the amenities. I was talking to this chap way back in 2008, and then he was offering stuff like modular kitchen and a lot of electronics jing bang along with the flat (like a central control for the flat) etc..

No Nishant this price is excluding everything also this is the price on the base cost of the flat.(additional costs extra).

Have you negotiated on a better price or are you thinking to book it,

I was looking to book it then.. but he was asking for 2600 hundred then without the stuff.. so it seems that u have got it at a good price. Important part for you to track is that he completes the development in time.
I am not looking to buy designarch currently.

Even this is also without automation and those additional charges.

I guess you are right about tracking the developmetn thingy as I visited their other project in vaishali which seems to be still under construction when few families have already taken the possession since an year.

I have visited last week at the site.I want to book a flat in this but not sure about the future of the location .Still there is no proper road.Also i am clueless about the projects and development in near by plots.Even executive of the project also was not very much aware of the projects in near by plots.Please suggest about the project.please also let me know about the near by development.I will appriciate help in this regard
