I am planning to buy a 1 BHK in Eldeco residency greens, can you please suggest whats the price going on ?

The asking price is arounf 40 lacs, Is it really worth it ? for Ground floor ?

Not at all....Ready to move in projects like unitech, uppal, samiah, etc have a price of 2400-2600 psf...

You can also go for under construction projects by 3-4 builders in sector chi...opposite ATS paradiso ...next to yamuna expressway....with a similar price tag

Or you can go for 1 bhk unit in Vardhaman studios next to sharda university

Or best simply go for reputed builder project like 3c, etc on noida expressway where u get a price of 3600 psf all inclusive

Purvanchal is Coming up with a 'NEW Project' in Chi-phi sector facing YEW. For those interested in a good quality under construction project in Greater Noida. May wait for that.

yes without a doubt...thats a very decent location also..and builder one of the best in noida....

I hope the layouts and options are good....

I expect the price to be around 2800 psf all inclusive...with some initial discount

TOO inflated at that price. I would expect a maximum of 2600 psf.

Purvanchal has a great line of projects behind him....from construction to maintenance....all of them are one of the best.....with Noida extension having its loopholes....noida expressway becoming expensive...a good builder like purvanchal and HOPEFULLY a good location ( i am hoping Uninterrupted view of yamuna expressway and project site near unitech heights)....will be goodfor end users specially.

Yes price in range of 2600 wud be great....i just gave a maximum estimate....
