I bot this last month. I think it'll be a good investment as it is Yamuna Xpressway facing and Right at start of Xway(within 2KM). I bot this from some channel partner and got 5% disc on 2195psf. Good deal i guess.

The locations of this plot is 2.65 kms from taj Expressway interchange opposite ATS Paradiso flats.

The ad says 20mins drive to DND which is impossible unless you drive at 150kmph, which is not permissible on the xpressway.

Seems to be some new builder who were in construction earlier.
