Why so many people chose to apply in this scheme? Everybody can not be a fool...Market force is proving something else what the experts on this forum were advising...VERY STRANGE...

My 10 cents:
1. Advantage of getting a property from authority i.e. no resale/fraud issues or hassels with builder
2. Market hype about no land being available or high density is the future
3. Many investors would have applied under installment mode in anticipation of short term gains
4. Fear of circle rate revision - eventually leading to price increase
5. Not sure about the profile of people who have applied, but people from outside NCR may also have applied without knowing much about ground reality.
6. Property is near ready for possession (timeframe of 1 yr)

दीपावली पर दुकानों क्योस्क की स्कीम
ग्रेटर नोएडा (ब्यूरो)। ग्रेनो प्राधिकरण दीवाली पर कॅमर्शियल स्कीम लाएगा। इसमें मदर डेयरी के लिए प्लॉट, दुकानें और क्योस्क होंगे। प्लॉट देने के लिए टेंडर प्रक्रिया अपनाने का फैसला हुआ है। दुकान और क्योस्क के लिए इस बार टेंडर के जरिए किश्तों पर आवंटन किया जाएगा।
एसीईओ चंद्रकांत पांडे ने बताया कि स्कीम लाने की तैयारी चल रही है। विभिन्न सेक्टरों में प्लानिंग के मुताबिक 10 प्लॉट मदर डेयरी के लिए आरक्षित थे। इनका साइज 200 वर्गमीटर है। अल्फा, बीटा, गामा और डेल्टा समेत 10 सेक्टरों में अब आबादी हो गई है। दूध, सब्जी समेत रोजमर्रा की वस्तुएं लेने के लिए सेक्टरवासियों को दूर-दराज जाना पड़ता है। इसलिए दीवाली पर स्कीम लाई जाएगी।
इसके अलावा पिछले दिनों जिन दुकानों-क्योस्क की बोली नहीं लग पाई थी, उनके लिए नए सिरे से योजना आएगी। इस बार सिर्फ टेंडर प्रक्रिया अपनाकर किश्तों के आधार पर आवंटन किया जाएगा।

Dear All,
As per different websites, draw will be held on 20 Nov, 2012 and registration no of applicants is available on website. Surprisingly, my name is included in applicants, even though i applied for installment option. Not sure whether will be included in draw or not.
