Can husband and wife both apply through seperate forms? Or only 1 application is allowed per family? Anybody who knows, please share your thoughts.

yes you can do it, i have seen people filling 10 applications as well..

There is not a problem applying with more than 1 forms as you need property and you can take as many you want.
