What are the meanings of 29th June 2012 Approval of Noida Extension by NCRPB?

Was 29th June 2012 a historic day for Noida Extension? What are the meanings of approval of master plan by NCRPB on 29th June? Lets try to find out how the news has been taken by several parties in this matter.

First, the investors who have come under the unified platform such as NEFOMA and others. As the news came that master plan has been approved, the facebook pages and discussion forums were filled with congratulatory remarks of jubilation were spread all over the web.

Second, are the builders who are desperate to sell their unsold properties in NE. Builders are the ones who are most anxious. Their anxiety can be understood. Some builders said it is good indication that we can start the construction now. It is just the half truth. Now to start the work — are incorrect words. Soon in near future are right words because there is much to be desired even now.

Third, Farmers are also the important parties. The whole this matter is not among the builders, buyers and NCRPB. The farmers have their cases in Supreme Court. Looks like some farmers are not happy at all.

Noida Extension has some disputes pending among builders and farmers. Investors got caught between the two parties because many other organizations did not play the game fair.

NCRPB (NCR Planning Board) approval is mandatory to construct the buildings in Noida Extension and Greater Noida.

On 29th June, statutory committee of the NCRPB approved the draft of Greater Noida Master Plan 2021.

The final approval from NCRPB is still pending. But above approval would certain score the points there in the meeting

Several farmers have gone in Supreme Court. The matter is being heard there.

It is good and good feeling to see SP government in UP is doing great work and they are keen on resolving the issues in timely manner. It in favor of everyone that the issue must be resolved sooner.

More patience must be exercised and It can be hoped that all parties will do the work in the interest of common man and everyone involved in this matter.
