My friend went yesterday to book flat at Amrapali office and they said all the bookings are on hold. Then he went to Gaur and they quoted 3400/- Sq Ft as BSP and all in all 2 BHK was costing him around 38 lacs in GC10. (I think he was looking for size in range 1000 sq ft).
Just wanted to share update given by my friend.

भट्टा गांव में दोबारा धरने पर बैठे ग्रामीण जागरण संवाददाता, ग्रेटर नोएडा : किसानों और पुलिस में संघर्ष और फिर राहुल गांधी के दौरे के कारण पिछले वर्ष सुर्खियों में छाए भट्टा गांव में ग्रामीण एक बार फिर अनिश्चितकालीन धरने पर बैठ गए हैं। ग्रामीण किसानों पर दर्ज मुकदमे वापस लेने और जेल में बंद साथियों को जल्द रिहा करने की मांग कर रहे हैं। दनकौर पुलिस ने धरने के लिए प्रशासन की अनुमति न होने का हवाला देकर ग्रामीणों को हटाने का प्रयास किया, लेकिन ग्रामीण धरना स्थल पर बैठे रहे। ग्रामीणों ने सोमवार को प्रशासन से अनुमति लेकर दिन-रात धरने पर बैठने का एलान किया है। ग्रामीणों का दावा है कि जेल में बंद किसानों ने भी शनिवार से धरना शुरू कर दिया है। पिछले वर्ष मई में भट्टा में पुलिस और धरनारत किसानों के बीच हिंसक झड़प में दो ग्रामीण व दो पुलिसकर्मी मारे गए थे। तब करीब तीन दर्जन लोगों पर मामले दर्ज कराए गए थे। इसमें नौ आरोपी जेल में हैं, जबकि अन्य जमानत पर हैं। मामले की जांच सीबीसीआइडी कर रही है। प्रदेश की नई सरकार ने किसानों पर दर्ज मुकदमे वापस लेने की बात कही थी, लेकिन अभी तक मुकदमे वापस नहीं हो सके हैं। जेल में बंद नौ आरोपियों को ग्रामीण जल्द रिहा करने की मांग कर रहे हैं। शनिवार को भट्टा के ग्रामीणों के धरने की पुलिस व प्रशासन को भनक तक नहीं लगी।

In all the court cases this area is termed as Noida Extensoin. Any legal impact on changing the name and / or disputed property.

nothing of this sort...
extension is just used by builders..

Thats probably just a gimmick to sell new launched gc12 as my frend was quoted same for other blocks but immidiately after that he was given offer of all inclusive 3050 in gc12 so there it goes....

Ive been send new price list by broker today average price increase as per it is about 400 rs per sq feet
