Hey guys, check out the greaternoidaauthority.in website for more details.
I have checked out brochures but no one seems to have an answer for a specific query I have. No one answers their tele numbers listed and emails are never responded to. what is the Floor to Area ratio (FAR) allowed on these plots and how much of the plot can be built upon ? - Thanks |

u can build 75% of plot and 2 1/2 floor
example for 120 meter u can cover 90 meter |

What do you mean by half. is terrace considered the half ?
What ar ethe guidelines vis a vis basement. Is buildign a basement allowed ? Where do I find these rules. Thanks. |

The maximum ground coverage allowed in greater noida is 180 percent.
The maximum ground coverage at any given floor is 75 percent. This means for 100 mtr plot you can build 1) First floor 75 mtrs 2) Second floor 75 mtrs 3) Third floor 30 mtrs This is coverage is for residential plots only. You can build little more, by paying a hefty penalty.

How good a investment it would be if one is allotted a plot in Zeta-2

Looking at the number of plots (and the reservation - 50%) the chances of getting a plot here will be close to zero.
