Has anyone purchased land from HPS Green in Greater Noida. (on GN Expressway)?

Is this a real deal? They are selling farmlands 2300 per sq. yd and minimum available is 1006 sq.yds.

Have they obtained CLU and other documents?

Yes,I am interesting to purchase the land after see the locatiion.

Yes, I have purchased one last year and the value of that has appreciated little bit but not as expected in any other investment. Still will keep this till I get better return or find another better investment.
I am not sure that wheter they have CLU or not but the land is transfered in my name by registry and in the land records of the authorites.

The news to to be cautious as some clearances have not been received.
