Hi,
Went to MyWoods site today..Although saw a few workers and truck carrying building material but did not see any new construction going on.
The road which leads to Ghaziabad from gaur gol chakkar is also being widened.
However noticed that the crowd in NE today was missing..

Quick question:-

I have paid 10% (Booking amount) till now. will be paying 5% this week only...
and applied for Loan from HDFC after bank start paying amount thn will pay 30% .

So while paying 5% i will get any other document (BBA or something).

and I got the demand letter but my brother didnt received so shd he call for demand letter or should wait and didnt pay 5 %.

Sept 2016. This is too much time. 4 years complete.

Yesterday, on The propert show on Zee business, 5 minutes were completely spent on Mahagun Mywoods. It seem builder paid a good amount.
