In case you do not have any other option than to engage a broker, go for the broker with whom your FREQUENCY MATCHES. All agents will appear good until their objectives are not met. One agent may be very suitable for one person and may be irritating for another one. Some people loves no-nonsense talk only and some people loves only nonsense talks.

Meet some of the agents and continue with the one you feel most comfortable with.

Good suggestion indeed but it's always good to have references to start with.

in resale properties, dealer/broker references doesn't matter due to limited number of options & choices.

If you are already shortlisted the project and looking for some options then best way is to search on 9-9-acres, magic-bricks type websites and call them directly.
