The HIGH density sector have also been identified in this master plan.

All the newly launched sectors like 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 107, 104, 137 are part of HIGH DENSITY sectors.

Surprisingly, Sector 119 and 120 are not marked as HIGH DENSITY.

how does they differentiate b/w high and low density sectors

almost all the builders have same xxx flats/acres in all these sectors and sec 110 which is marked as less dense sector.

What exactly is the significance of Recreational Green mentioned in the plan. If it means that land allocation for recreational green only has trees and plants and no projects or any other activity, then sector 104 becomes a very interesting place.

It appears that the graveyard and cremation ground have been shifted from 78/110 to areas behind sector 122/119.

sec 137 has been marked as only dense sector on e-way, dont forget that too.
