Hi,
I have a flat in Plumeria in sector Omicron - 3. Purchased at Rs 1900 sqft 4 years back. It is still at 2200-2300 / sqft. I am seriously considering whether i should continue with this investment or put my money somewhere else - maybe Noida Expressway /Manesar which seem to be showing better promise currently. Any views on this would be greatly appreciated. |

rate is quite high. Rates will stay like this for a loooooooong time. NOIDA itself is available now for 2200 in booking.
If investment, Manesar is also not a good option - oversupply. NOIDA expressway is also in oversupply, no chance for appreciation. I would keep the flat you already have and forget about it for 5 years. By then price will increase and you will get a better sense of where Greater NOIDA is going. Keeping quiet is the best option. How mush rent are you earning? |
