Default price of flat in greater noida

i have a 2 BHK flat in greater noida, parsvanath platinum.area-1205.can anyone help me, what price can i expect for this flat.i want to sell this flat and invest in three bhk flat in noida.how much more capital i wud need for this.

I am too looking flat of same size ....so as per my knowledge approx 3000 per sq ft is rate in GN for ready to move option.....if yr flat in lower flr ( 1 to 6) and sun facing then let me know yr expecting price ...n other details at 88 00 618 000 .....Many Thanks ....

Not 2 BHK..3BHK...and quoted price was 70lakh,,would have come down to 65lakh. max. 2BHK are going for 40-50, i guess..depending on location in PP.
Disclaimer: invested in couple of apartments in GN, Dwarka, and Noida.

cooky bhai to jim karry ho gaye arey yaar mazak ki bhi had hoti hai
greater noida me 3BHK 47 se 61 lac hogaya iska matlab

ki noida extension me bhi flat banete hi 60 lac ka hoga jo abhi sirf 30 lac ka hay

ye Mazak nahi hai

You can not compare Silver City/ATS/Unitech Properties in GR Noida with Noida Extension Projects. Properties in GN are the lest dense in NCR. 30-35 Flat per acre.

One more thing
You can get 3BHK in 1200SQFT in Noida Extension
Buy In Gr Noida there is no 3BHK below 1500 sqft.
I have 3BHK+Servant room 1950 SQFT.

Second that..in good societies.. (populated, near Pari Chowk, and good construction quality)..3BHK are going for 60-65Lakh...
Yes, area and amenities will be more than NE, hence price difference in spite of location "disadvantage". Know some one ver close who sold his Silver City-2 flat for Rs 49 Lakh in 2010 june..now same flat going for 65 lakh,
At that time hawa was..1 lakh expwy flats are going to be there..who will buy in GN..world is coming to end. exit GN immediately.

Brokers are saying by the end of 2013 rates would go up to 5000 at least from 3000-3200 psqf which is now.
