Pls guide me about best societies available/upcoming. 2BHK/3BK. Rate Range 2000-2600 psf.

Many ready to move in societies will be avaiable at this rate

Try to be close to golf course...or on road from alpha commercial belt to wipro

Please someone with first hand knowledge advise which are the best apartments near pari chowk (below 300/sqft) having good amenities. Then I can go personally and check rates.

I heard that uni tech horizon rate app. 2300/sq,ft ready to move in.

Near Pari chowk:

1. Best society..Nri City..fully ready and only 300 odd families in 10 acres..excellent society...rates 3500 psf

2. Black near senior citizen..another good society...rate 3000 psf

3. AWHO Society flats are big..but more of co-operative society type set up...rates around 2800-3000 psf

4. Builder sectors opposite wipro...Silver city look very good..rates around 2800-3000 psf

5. If you are fine with Unitech location..then there are Uppal plumeria also next to it..rates around 2200 psf..they are ready to move in..i suppose

6. Unitech society rates are what you quoted ut the complex are not fully ready

7. Stellar Icon society..also very open and good...rates 2800-3000 psf..fully ready (i was infomed about it on this forum..saw it..its very nice)

8. ATS project..also read to move in...rates around 3000 psf

Didnt add Eldeco and Parasvnath as their construction quality is very poor and lot of complaints
