I just need some time befor I can concentrate on this front.
My mom had a major heart attack on friday last and hence all my energies are at present directed towards her well-being.
Will surely extend the first right to you on this before going ahead in this regard.

Were you able to sell your flat, or are you keeping it?

I also have got the allotment of bigger flat 1450 sft. Thinking what to do with it.

Thanks for your good wishes. My mom is now fine nowafter going angioplasty in Escorts. Your good wishes were indeed a great sources of strength for us.
Munish - The flat has been allotted in the name of my father. I initially had an apprehension that he might have difficulty in paying the installments, but then it looks that he intends to hold on to it till the possession is handed over by GNIDA. Seems logical, as I too have positive vibes regarding the potential of GINDA to develop in future and any appreciation can only be truly spoken of when the product is in hand.
Raghava - my humble suggestion to you would also be the same. At least consider holding the allotment till possession. By the way did you receive the allotment letter. It looks GNIDA is moving very slow on this this but then the allottee are bound to pay within 45 days of allotment.
