I booked flat just 7 days back... waitng for the BBA... u guys please tell me how much time it will take for BBA.. at the time of booking i had been told to wait for 15 days..

Only after recieving the BBA and before signing the same i will asked for that clause

Regarding Livia BBA ,we should ask the builder jointly. atleast 3-4 buyers will make it happen. anyone intertested please PM me or leave some contact details and I will try to call back

We can do one thing .. we all can go to the builder's office on any sunday ( will decide the date as per the convinience of all interested) and joinlty ask builder to include the clause in the BBA .

yes,we are planning to Go 11AM This Saturday... Or an date as early as possible. Leave your contact details in PM/Visitor message etc...

Any update regarding starting of construction work LIVIA,

on 10th of this month i visited the site .. construction activities are not yet started
