Has site office ready? As per Shubkamna site office is ready. Kindly share some photo if taken.

They are also saying that construction can't be started in rainy season and one can hope for October only.

Went to the site yesterday! Office is almost ready. The company has revised the price to INR 2995/sq ft.
NCR planning board approval has come as Casa Grande has started excavation. Livia will start excavation soon. May be because of rainy season they did not start.

How can you say that the prices have increased. The website still says INR 2795/sq ft?

in the webisite prices mentioned are
for ground floor - 3045
for 1st and 2nd - 2995
for 3 &4 -2945
for 5&6- -2895
for 7 &8- 2845
above 8th- 2795
