isnt noida extension a better location than this ? (nirala aspire and panchsheel2 are still available at similar rates)

I am not sure about the exact location but I presume the project to be on YEW, opposite to GBU.... within the first 2 km of YEW.

Location wise, that will be one of the focal point in 5 years time and the rate offered is quite tempting.

However, approach road to the project should not be a 3 km U turn. Most importantly, I am unaware of capability/reputation of the builder and past delivery & quality history.

I guess Purvanchal will be in the range of 2400-2600 minimally.

Now, to many people the difference of 400 psf is perfectly OK and to many people, it makes 4-8L difference.
