This happened to me around 2/3 months ago. I have been looking for a property since long time. I moved to GN about 2 years ago and really liked the place, no pollution, well planned city, good basic infrastrcture, no traffic jam etc. So when I heard about today's launching new project in GN, I did some inquiry because few of my friends had bought today's flat in Ggn and they got the posession on time and also the quality of the work was also ok. I was offered a BSP of Rs 2100 at that time and was told that this is a pre launch offer and bhoomi poojan was going to happen in 15/20 days and company will revise the rate after the official launch.
All was going well and I was about to book a 3 BHK but I had to drop the idea due to some personal reason.
It has been 3 months now and I have not seen any progress being made on the plot.
So I have learnt a lesson now and will check 100% times before going for any pre launch scheme.

Even to date, I have heard that the rate is same at 2100/- psf or even less with brokers discount, even though its a project approved by Axis Bank and PNB.
