If you wanted to go for a flat than Purvanchal Silver City-II in Greater Noida is also a good option, keeping in mind the factors-Price, location, facilities and security. Other projects just like ATS, Jaypee, Eldeco Green Meadows are also tastefully developed.

Unitech project in sector MU is a failed project as of now, Purvanchal Silver City-II is also a good option pricewise/locationwise/facilitywise.
