I visited Valencia Last day. Valencia seems to be a gud project the layout is gud but still Im confused. Because the group only delivered floors in Ramprastha n Anand Vihar so no big project. Price n offering is gud.

Oh Well Verma Ji no offense..Just gave my views, I am really confused about the Valencia. I just saw that u r promoting Valencia. Also Megha is banned here. About Struti I can see she is a member of FB page of Valencia.

Well I am confused about the Valencia, if u have booked then wat rate n floor u got. Please help me, what is the future of this project. I just checked and found that Builder of Valencia just made Builders floors. So can they handle a big project. Please share some info.

1. Why valencia is not giving the booking to agents.
2. What will happen if they dont get enough booking.
3. Can they handle a big project.

i booked a 9th floor unit 1920 all inclusive apart from the maintenance charges.....i dealt directly with their manager Mr. Gupta.

Also for your knowledge ppl get their a/c banned if they type no.s here...might be dis is d reason for Ms. megha...even i did dis mistake once.

i also enquired about the same issues...at my pre booking stage..

1. actually what i got from the market is that they had agents but not people who sell on roads...i met one company called Devlin Realty in Noida....who are concentrating purely on this project...also Gupta told me v have old associates with us...he mentioned some names u can get those details from them.... they say v dont want any sale to happen on roads thats why they dont have brokers who r visible dere....i liked dis thats why i moved furthur.

Also i would like to tell u an important points its a JOINT VENTURE of HAWELIA and CIVITECH. they had done a project named Florencia in Ramprastha Greens a 200 flats housing. i visite that area also and met them there too.
Mr. Gupta also told me that they are not in a hurry for the sale as they can shape it themselves also....i liked there marketing style thats why after visiting almost all projects i short listed...
ARIHANT, VALENCIA and EXOTICA. then i booked this project due to low density and specifications.

i think you should do your home work well before finalising....i had been fooled by Supertech before due to some parking issues in ECOVILLAGE, so i cancelled my unit on 11th floor there.

Get yourself satisfied and then go ahead.

This is really helpful. Ya i Talked to Mr Gupta today. he told me the same thing that this is a small project. And in 1st phase they are going to make only 430 flats and 200+ r already booked. I think they r transparent.

As per him 52 Indian OIL employees also booked in this plan. I will talk to few of them then I will decide this Sunday.

Well I dont think that posting the flat number will ban u from the forum because I have seen people Posting there falt number on other threads..Any ways this is not a issuse. So can u tell me when u r going to visit the site. So that we can meet..

its not the unit number, if anyone posts any contact number no. etc, then the accounts get banned.

mr. verma can u please tell me is there any project in noida extn. giving furnished flat as per valencia is giving ... i need to compare an to .....

coz i m in chennai and my friend has booked in earth but they are giving raw flats.. and i found this is also on the same location but with difrnt specs...
