Has any one heard of project called Vardhman Alfa Square? Please suggest pros and cons of Vardhman Alfa Square fully commercial project on Pari Chowk. What are your views?

I have invested in Retail as well as office space in Vardhman Alfa Square.
Pros Location is better than any commercial on pari chowk Developed market first corner plot Nehru place type concept ( office space would feed the retail) Vardhman Assured return scheme one of the few builders who have stuck with it Office location facing jaypee golf course Cons Builder is not providing leasing Parking issues is main concern as builder not selling parking |

Which one you will go with if you have to chose between Venezia and Vardhman Alfa square? Thanks guys!
I will use the office space myself for Education related business. Alfa square is said to be closer to Pari Chowk, not sure how closer it is than Grand Venezia. Broker is saying Alfa Square would be walkable from public transport and it would be more convenient for students to approach Alfa Square than Grand Venezia. Is it advisable to buy in Alfa Square or I should try for Grand Venezia (smaller size is not available in Venezia and am trying to arrange for more finances for bigger size)? I cant suggest you which one to buy just go to the locations and imagine your education business in the building if it works for you ...........
Alfa market will be nearer to students but Grand Venizia has the advantage of being a mall Both have their own advantages ask Munish malhotra for the GV details maybe he could help |

Thanks nerdbook and amanj86. Actually I am currently out of country so can't visit myself and imagine my office in those places. I am taking help of viewing properties. My friends are my eyes at the moment :-)
Does anyone know if MSX Tower I and II have independent office units and current ongoing rates? |

if you want students to come to your office...then i think alfa square will be better.
Nothing wrong with GV,,,its just that it is mall which really doesn't get along well the idea of education business specially when students are supposed to come over. Rest depends on what you actually need. |

Isn't the office tower in GV separate than mall or is it above mall floors? I won't have students coming to study in my office. I will be running a education based consultancy business.
Further guidance will be appreciated! |
