i want to buy a flat in greater noida. i am presently residing in Pune & dont know anything about greater noida. plz suggest me some flat which is good in all aspects like society, distance from delhi etc. i want to buy 2 or 3 BHK flat my budget is around 25-30 lakh.

I am planning to buy a 2bhk in the projects coming along the start of Yamuna Expressway. Please let me know if it is a good investement considering the upcoming attraction along yamuna expressway. Also the builder says that a tech zone is coming up near the projects, including companies such as Wipro and Infosys. Is it a fact? as wipro has recently shifted to a new campus in Greater Noida so no point in having two large campuses near by..

If it is investment i would suggest buy in Noida sec 75, 76, 121,etc as u will get in 25%-30% extra price, i.e. for 2600 psf compared to 1900 psf in Yamuna expressway.YE will take 3 yrs till u start getting returns. Noida will give you returns from this year onwards.

Hi,
I had applied for 3 BHK flat in Built-up House Scheme BHS-12 of Greater Noida Authority launched in January this year.
The draw is scheduled for Tuesday, the 13th.
If lucky in the draw, I would be looking forward to sell the said flat, as I have already booked one in Sec 137.
If you/ anyone is interested buying the same, may be we can have some mutual beneficial relationship then.
