Hi

I am loking for some ready to move in option in Noida or greater Noida.

But my budget is only 35 lakh max in white i.e 10-12 lakh in cash and rest loan.

Can you please suggest me some house/flat.

Very difficult to find a 2bhk flat in this budget, try in cooperative society or u can chk availability in

Parsvnath estate
Kushboo apartment
Anand ashray
Plumeria garden
Eldeco rivera/greens

In ur budget i can suggest for Parsvnath estate low rise where supper area is 1050 ( cover 850) first flr - 35 , grd - 38-39 , top second flr 33 around which I come to know by some prop brokars....have a look ......
