Default YEIDA Sector 18-20

Hi

Has anyone got any views about the new residential sectors in YEIDA? Good or Bad Investment? Looking at the Indian mentality and access - it looks like it is a 10 yrs investment? How is it as compared to investment in Greater Noida - certainly long term it looks like a better location?

Default Yes Sports City is better then YEIDA Plots

Hi Guys,

YEIDA Plots are long wait to establish. Jayepee Group's Sports City is much better option if you compare with YEIDA Plots. But if you are a lucky allotment holder in YEIDA plot then don't sell this plot and continue with it, it is definetely a good investment in Delhi NCR. Whenever Taj Expressway will Run you get the better premium. If you want more information about Yamuna Expressway then must read this page ]http://www.propertieshut.com/greater-noida/development-authorities/yamuna-expressway-authority.html[/URL]

Hi Amit U are right if anyone who invests in YEIDA has to wait for 8 years atleast as u know that the authority doesn't has the possession of plots with them. They still have to acquire the land from the villagers n develop it. For this process they have asked for 4 years time. Whereas Greater Noida is already developed and nearer to Delhi Aboveall the route is same for both the destination. So practically untill n unless Greater Noida is not occupied to a certain extent People won't move further to YEIDA.
