Please tell how to hold a plot for 10 years. It is written in brochure that plot must be built within 3 years. Further extension of 3 years is available with penalty of 4%, 6% and 8% per successive year.

How 10 years?

As an investor, u wont need to hold it for long. U will get a handsome premium, as soon as u get allotment.

Is the news of postponement of the draw confirmed ? & if yes, what is the next date for the draw ?

I was curious to know about the number of applications that authority received against an advertisement of 310 plots under Zeta II scheme. Do we ever get to know the (over) subscription rate for such schemes from authority?
