The idea is to Become Builders ourselves by forming a group of like minded investors .I have previous experience in Builders Floor in West Delhi and can execute the projects. The basic idea is to buy land and build floors . Your investment is in Land and say for example if there are 5 investors the land is registered in 5 names so you are secure and when you start construction you get booking for the floors you want to build so construction cost is borne by the Floor buyer.Your profit is gurranted the moment you book the floor and you are out of the project in 18 months.Target is west delhi areas like paschim vihar, bhera enclave,rajouri garden etc where investment would be low to begin with.If like minded people want to join please let me know .

peeyush if u join the group as an investor you can become a builder by joining the group. As the group will act like a builder.

sumeet nice to know you want to join the group. The land to start with could be 200 yards in west delhi colony like paschim vihar costs 8 to 9 cr depending on the location.

I had purchaged a land last year 105 feet x 135 feet. Paid full amout aprrox. 1.5Cr and thinking of making a showroom in Basement, retail shops in ground floor and 1st and 2nd floor as residential apartments. Nothing to be sold out side, purely for family use/rental income.

Varun the trend these days has changed you get very few residential buyers for floors built on commercial shops on ground floor . Since you want to rent it you might get Lucky so you can go ahead and build it but we as a group would look for a land which is north east facing with a park in front. Main commercial road or any commercial establishment on ground floor is a strict no no if you want to sell the builder flats in booking.
