DEAR PHASES,

With what level of confidence we may say that these are not advertisements?

I guess this is against the policy of IREF. Correct me if I am wrong.

Or I do not have any say over such ads or requests..?

This system isn't meant for ads at all! Please report any that you suspect are and explain your reasoning why and we will promptly remove any that seem that way.

This system is for the BUYERS to band together and get better deals. Not for sellers to post their properties.
