Just checked from the market !

Lord Krishna is the underwriter for the Villas.

According to market sources, this is meant to be an IT project, meant only for IT related industry. Therefore, the commercial would also have offices related to IT industry. Dont know how true that is. Will check and update the forum.

for both CLP and DP 4% discount for a single unit (individual) purchase and in group it will be 7% and we can try further.

but I need to know about the credential and how worthful this project is if anybody can comment , considering all+ and -.

I am also interested in Office space in CLP.. Please communicate about the maximum discount.. When it is going to be launched.. have they shared the floor plan.. if anybody can share this info.. would be useful for the forum..

Not much buzz on IREF. When are we meeting for group buying. Also,Im also concerned about the loading factor. All those who have already bought,please share the discounts.
Sector143 would take minimum 5 years to develop and also Bhasin would also take similar time to complete the project . So, what resale rates we can expect at that point of time. Any analysis...
