Default 2 BR projects at Golf Course Ext Road below 50 lacs

Hi All,

I am planning to buy a 2 BR flat at Golf Course Ext Road. I am open for upcoming as well as resale projects. Please let me know which are the best options for investment purpose. One of the projects that i really like is Park View Spa Next but unfortunately it doesnt have any 2BR and the price of 3 BR is out of my budget.

Senior members please advise. I personally always like responses from Venkytalks, AmitMM and ManojA.

I think u need to increase yr. budget for that rd. to book with a reputed builder. U will not get anything in this budget on resale too ( Probably u can get BPTP, Prime Park- but the builder is real bad. Do not risk yr. money with BPTP). If u opt for Sohna rd. or NH8, then , many options r open.

Check Emaar Palm Studios in sec 66 , 2BHK , 1125 sq ft.

Emaar Palm Studios 2 BHK is at about 55-56 L(all inclusive) on resale. U have to strech yr. budget a bit.

Default BPTP Park Prime

I am following BPTP Park Prime in that area. So far construction is going on full speed (Can't comment on quality of the construction). The only reason is it is still cheaper than any other projects in that area. Location wise also it is good as this is 3 side open plot. Just behind IREO Uptown. Almost all projects are launched in sector 66. Bigger player is Emmar MGF. But it is developed by BPTP.
