Hi
I am looking for a 3BHK flat in gurgaon .I would prefer ready to move in flat or the one which would be available in 6 months to year for possesion.
Park View City resale price for 2310 sq ft flat is being at 4000 rs/sq ft .Is it ok or too high ?
Could you guys guide which place I should look for buying with a budget of 60 Lakhs .

Dear Alka,
As for ur 3BHK requiremnt I hav many options avilable in Park View Residency(By Bestech Gruop Builders) in Palam Vihar,Gurgaon.As per ur budget of 60 Lakhs;say if u cud increase by 5 Lakhs to this amount,I cud get u a complete move in(possession in 2 months) in the mentioned project.
As per ur query the rate for Park View1 currently is abt 4000 per sq ft. and Park View2 is abt 3800 per sq. ft.
