Any idea of sector , launch date & price ??

As it will have 2bhk , I have more interest in 3c rather than ATS . It will be good if its launch date is near and price is interesting....

Yes, looks to be interesting . Let's wait for a confirmation on the Sector & the price . My source tells me that this launch could be on the Gcx. road . Let's wait & watch for things to get clear .

I am also looking for a 2 BHK with a good developer in fresh bookings. Lets hope they come out with a sensible prepostion

They have an upcoming school on GC Extension road, so launch could be in vicinity. This launch is promising as 3C is a very professional and investor friendly firm backed by private equity. It's a bit like Ireo in this regard.

As per some Brokers, project is in Sector 89 . Minimum size could be 1300 + sq. feet ( 2 BHK + study ) . Project could be prelaunched in the next 3 weeks or so .

This is most probably Sector 89 . What kind of price from 3 C would u be interested here ?
