4K is company price, but discounts are always there.Fresh booking may come down to 3500 after discount. Just a guess.

A friend visited site office yesterday. Location is good, project site is just 500mtrs from eway. He was told that ERA has got all approvals and few banks have also approved this project.
Can any investor provide some details regarding approval status? This project was launched 1 yr back but not much progress till now. If ERA starts making good progress, this project may deliver good appreciation. |

I heard that it has got approval from sbi and lic. Otherwise, ERA is still giving a good appreciation.
