About Era Cosmo City Sector 103 Gurgaon
Hi All,
I am new to real estate and new to this forum I am planning to Buy 3 BHK of Era Cosmo City Phase 3 in Sector 103 Gurgaon .It a new pre launch by Era Landmark. Rate offered for 2 BHK is Rs. 3700 and for 3 BHK is Rs. 3500. I Have few queries:- 1. Can i invest money in that or not . 2. what is the status of Phase 1 and Phase 2 . Is allotment done ? What is the status of Construction . 2. Ho is Era group in real estate . Please advice me |

3500/- for 3 bhk is on too much......one of my friend has purchsed for 2920/- two month back

YeS allotment is done for phase1 ,2.you can join era 103 google group
Since the project got launched last week the resaleprice Has increased |

Yes they are offering in very high price
But how is the reputation of Era landmark ... i heard that all projects are delayed by year or more...and some problem related to land also. May be i am wrong So when the construction is going to start.. Can i go for phase 3 booking or not . Please suggest .. |

yes very right LAndmark is another builder which is having issues.whereas
"ERA Landmark" hass all approvals.. front page TOI had featured this project..CosmoCity.Era is a listed company,,, |

My suggestion to you would be to wait until banks start funding the project. That will put all doubts and concerns to rest. Though start of construction would then be the only concern left after that.

I have been offered 3150/= got 3+servent room. Anyone aware if builder has received permissions? and what status the project is at?
